On March 21, we celebrated the first IMPACT DAY\u2014a special day as part of our Change Camps ministry. Leaders, friends, and sponsors of msd and Change Camps came together to encounter God, experience fellowship, and receive fresh inspiration for their daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, this event was called \u201cLeaders Vision Day\u201d and was primarily aimed at our volunteer leaders. Last year, however, we felt a growing desire to open the day up not only to leaders, but also to their youth groups and friends. How valuable would it be if even more people could benefit from these insights\u2014not just for the camps, but also in their daily lives, to make a positive difference there?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, IMPACT DAY became an event supported by the entire msd team. Around 60 people gathered to experience a day centered on God. Through worship, moving testimonies from leaders and participants, and inspiring messages, God\u2019s work became evident. The fellowship during the shared lunch was also marked by encouragement and genuine connection. At the same time, it was a day when we, as staff members, were strengthened and encouraged ourselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A special highlight was the teaching on discipleship. It became clear how central this topic is to our lives as Christians: to remain learners ourselves while simultaneously taking others by the hand. The key verse from 2 Timothy 2:2 summed up this principle\u2014a life that passes on what it has received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dabei wurde auch das biblische Beispiel von Barnabas und Paulus aufgegriffen. Barnabas investierte in Paulus, f\u00f6rderte ihn und ebnete ihm Wege. W\u00e4hrend wir heute viel \u00fcber Paulus wissen, bleibt Barnabas oft im Hintergrund. Und doch wird genau darin ein kraftvolles Prinzip sichtbar: in Menschen zu investieren, ohne selbst im Mittelpunkt stehen zu m\u00fcssen. Mit Freude weiterzugeben, was Gott uns anvertraut hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser Tag hat uns neu ermutigt, in Bewegung zu bleiben. Immer wieder Gott zu fragen: \u00abWem darf ich das weitergeben, was ich selbst empfangen habe?\u00bb<\/strong> und offen zu sein f\u00fcr die Menschen, die Er uns anvertraut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besonders inspirierend war es, von Stefan und Susanne von R\u00fcti  (Gr\u00fcnder des ISTL) zu h\u00f6ren, wie J\u00fcngerschaft praktisch und \u00fcber viele Jahre hinweg gelebt werden kann \u2013 mit einem Herzen, das auch in Leitungsverantwortung den Einzelnen nie aus den Augen verliert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der IMPACT DAY hat uns daran erinnert: Ver\u00e4nderung beginnt oft im Kleinen \u2013 im treuen Investieren in einzelne Menschen. Genau darin liegt eine Kraft, die weit \u00fcber einen einzelnen Tag hinaus wirkt. Und genau das ist auch die Vision von uns als msd: mit Menschen und mit Gott verbunden zu sein und dabei erf\u00fcllt von Gott weitergeben zu d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
