Celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 progressivement<br>r\u00e9nov\u00e9e et transform\u00e9e.<br>Nous devons maintenant investir dans quelques am\u00e9liorations, afin de pr\u00e9server la valeur de l\u2019immeuble et de garantir sa location \u00e0 long terme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous pr\u00e9voyons de remplacer les fen\u00eatres de l\u2019ensemble du b\u00e2timent et d\u2019assainir l\u2019enveloppe ext\u00e9rieure de la partie habitable. Nous d\u00e9sirons \u00e9galement r\u00e9nover les cuisines des deux appartements. Ces \u00e9tapes importantes permettront d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et le confort.<br>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019hypoth\u00e8que relative \u00e0 ce b\u00e2timent n\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e, nous pouvons couvrir les co\u00fbts de la r\u00e9novation par une sur\u00e9l\u00e9vation. D\u2019autre part, nous souhaitons apporter une grande contribution personnelle afin de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9penses en cons\u00e9quence.<br>Toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019un pr\u00eat sans int\u00e9r\u00eat en faveur de ce projet sera la bienvenue.<br>Nous serions heureux d\u2019\u00eatre contact\u00e9s directement.
